Our return policy is for exchange only. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Items to be exchanged must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. If you are exchanging the item because it is defective please email Funk & Glam a picture of the defective product.
Please provide us with the tracking number. Funk & Glam is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Your account will be credited for the initial shipping charges if the item was broken or damaged upon receipt or if the wrong item was shipped.
Customers requesting exchanges will be billed for the additional shipping charges. Items will not be shipped until payment is received by Funk & Glam.
